How arbitration works for Local 213 members

Arbitration is the generally accepted means by which mid-term disputes between a union and an employer are resolved.
Section 84 of the Labour Relations Code states that all collective agreements must “contain a provision for final and conclusive settlement...of all disputes between the persons bound by the agreement.”
