Dispatch Office

Dispatch Office hours—7 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed noon to 1 p.m.

To register on our dispatch list or check your position on the list, please phone the Dispatch Office. All drivers who wish to register must provide a valid driver's abstract.

This can be obtained by visiting a driver’s licensing office and showing your B.C. driver's licence or one piece of primary identification and a second piece of either primary or secondary ID. You can also call 1-800-950-1498 toll free (or 250-987-8300 in Greater Victoria) to receive your driving record or have it faxed directly to our Dispatch Office.
