Please be advised that the rates set out below are to be added to your rates
for the month of October 2006 in accordance with your collective agreement.
August 1, 2006 = 97.074
August 31, 2006 = 103.074 = 2 increases

| Tandem & 3 Axle Trailer Rate | $0.84 per hour |
| Tandem & Pony Rate | $0.74 per hour |
| Moving Truck Rate | $0.74 per hour |
| Tandem Rate | $0.40 per hour |

Please be advised that there has not been a sufficient increase in fuel costs to generate a fuel escalation increase to be added to the rates for the month of November 2006 in accordance with your collective agreement.
